Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Franklin, Indiana

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is highly valued, though Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Experience working in healthcare, pediatric, or school-based SLP settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Demonstrated ability to create individualized intervention plans and monitor progress
- Comfort working with a range of ages and disabilities in school settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Conduct teletherapy sessions as needed, utilizing virtual therapy resources
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student achievement
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
- Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams, recommending best practices to facilitate students’ success
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with evidence-based techniques
