Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Hold or be eligible for CCC-SLP or be in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Current state SLP license (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Experience working in pediatrics or schools preferred
- Strong grasp of developing and implementing IEPs
- Commitment to evidence-based therapy and culturally responsive practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy for K-12 students
- Conduct evaluations to determine student needs and track progress
- Develop and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain documentation and contribute to school meetings as needed
- Stay current with best practices within pediatric and educational SLP
