Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for communication and swallowing disorders
- Serve a K-12 caseload, adapting interventions for various developmental stages
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports, ensuring compliance with IDEA and district policies
- Supervise and mentor Clinical Fellows (CFY) if applicable
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized therapy plans
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license (or eligible)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFYs) will be considered
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
