Key Qualifications:
- Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Experience in school-based and pediatric settings preferred
- Knowledgeable and adaptable in healthcare and education delivery models
- Comfortable performing screenings, evaluations, and developing IEP goals
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy to K-12th grade students
- Complete speech and language assessments
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs
- Communicate progress and recommendations with educators and families
- Maintain timely documentation as required by school and state guidelines
- Provide consultation and support within multi-disciplinary teams
