Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license for North Carolina or eligibility to obtain one
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload in an elementary school context
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for elementary students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop targeted, evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each student
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough records of student progress and document services provided
