Speech Language Pathologist
Winston-Salem, NC
Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in an elementary school in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. We are seeking a candidate to provide essential speech, language, and communication support to students from Pre-K through 12th grade, helping them succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals
- Provide direct therapy services (individual and group sessions) in areas including articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic/social communication
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, parents, and administrators to support student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP meetings, and RTI processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with state and federal regulations (IDEA)
- Supervise SLP Assistants (SLPAs) or Clinical Fellows (CFs) if applicable
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
- Current North Carolina state license in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred (Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply!)
- Strong knowledge of IDEA regulations and IEP development
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
