What To Bring:
- Active Texas SLP or SLPA license (must be current at time of application)
- For SLPAs: Supervision hours for licensure are not provided
- Strong history of school-based experience in speech-language services
- On-site availability—remote options are not available
- No Clinical Fellowship (CF) positions at this time
Role Highlights:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students across diverse school settings (elementary, middle, and high school)
- Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and assist in developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with fellow educators and allied professionals to support student success
- Communicate regularly with families about progress and strategies for support at home
Pay for these contract positions ranges from $64–$75 per hour, based on credentials and language skills. Additionally, candidates will need to procure a laptop, but the cost is reimbursed.
Assignments run from July 30, 2026, through May 28, 2027. Selected applicants must complete fingerprinting within three days of signing the contract and provide reliable transportation.
