Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Florida state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
- Strong skills in evaluation, development of IEPs, and delivering evidence-based therapy
- Familiarity with healthcare protocols in educational environments
- Clear communication skills and talent for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Commitment to fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students across grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy to students, adapting strategies for diverse learning needs
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult with teachers and caregivers to optimize carryover of skills
- Address a full range of communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice
