Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- State Department of Education SLP certification needed
- Experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Willingness to complete time-sensitive fingerprinting and credentialing
- Flexibility to support multiple school sites based on district needs
- Passion for working with elementary-age students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver individualized therapy services to students
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student success
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide regular progress updates
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet the developmental and academic needs of students
- Participate in meetings and professional development as needed
