Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid state licensure (or eligibility) for school-based SLP practice
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience working within a PK-8 or school setting is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records of therapeutic interventions, progress notes, and compliance documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the educational team
- Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in speech-language pathology
