Qualifications and Experience We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active and valid SLP licensure for the state of Ohio
- Previous experience working in a school environment preferred
- Knowledge of IEP process and related documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with diverse student populations across K-12
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively
Your Role Will Include:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Developing individualized therapy plans and tracking measurable progress toward specific goals
- Delivering direct speech-language therapy services in small group and one-on-one settings
- Consulting with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintaining accurate records and timely reports in compliance with school and district policies
- Participating in IEP meetings and providing expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Educating families and staff on communication strategies that support student development
