Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in pediatric or school settings strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage and document 2,700 service minutes per quarter
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques for K-8 students with diverse needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted speech and language therapy to a caseload of up to 18 students across grades K-8
- Complete documentation and progress monitoring as required by the school and state regulations
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to help students achieve IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and team consultations
- Maintain clear records and track progress to ensure service compliance throughout the school year
