School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Hershey, Pennsylvania

We’re seeking skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) to cover three maternity leaves, each followed by the chance to extend your contract through the end of the school year with an early intervention caseload. These are full-time, 35-hour per week contract positions. Coverage timelines include:
- Position 1: ASAP to mid-October
- Position 2: Mid-October to January
- Position 3: Mid-December to March After completion, all roles may be extended to the end of the school year supporting early intervention students.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility in Pennsylvania
- Schools-based SLP experience preferred, but strong clinical skills considered
- Comfort working across K-12, with flexibility for early intervention after leave periods
What you’ll do:
- Provide direct therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized IEP goals
- Document student progress and communicate with teams and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with staff
- Transition to early intervention caseload after the initial maternity coverage ends
