Job Summary
We are seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a supportive school team in the Henderson, Nevada area for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite role involves working with a K–12 student population and providing essential speech and language services to support student communication and academic success.
This opportunity is ideal for clinicians experienced in school-based speech therapy, pediatric therapy, and special education services.
Position Details
- Start Date: August 1, 2026
- End Date: May 31, 2027
- Schedule: Full-time, approximately 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Caseload: Up to approximately 55 students (max caseload)
- Openings: 2 positions available
- Setting: On-site, school-based
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in grades K–12
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and speech screenings
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate therapy notes, compliance documentation, and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Address communication needs including articulation, language development, and social communication
- Ensure compliance with IDEA and Nevada state regulations
Qualifications
- Active Nevada SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
