Pediatric SLP in Hemet, CA

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid California SLP License is required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or candidates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome
- Prior experience or interest in pediatric and school-based speech-language therapy
- Understanding of various service delivery models in educational settings
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessment and therapy to a caseload of approximately 55 PreK-5th grade students across multiple schools
- Develop individualized education plan (IEP) goals and progress reports
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services onsite
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and team collaborations
- Adjust interventions based on data and students’ evolving needs
- Support educators and families with strategies for generalizing skills across settings
