Desired Qualifications:
- Current, active California SLP license is required
- SLPS with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in a school-based environment preferred, but motivated new graduates will be considered
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Commitment to supporting a diverse student population
- Ability to manage a caseload of 20-25 students effectively
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement engaging, individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct, consultative, and collaborative services aligned with IEPs
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation, progress reports, and IEP updates
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student success
- Attend meetings and provide training or resources as needed for staff and families
