Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) is required
- Active state license to practice Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric healthcare setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEPs, direct therapy, and assessment protocols for school-age and early childhood populations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students as assigned (Direct Services SLP)
- Conduct Pre-Kindergarten speech and language evaluations, interpreting results and providing recommendations (PK Assessment SLP)
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to develop strategies that support student engagement and growth
- Maintain detailed records, prepare documentation, and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Attend meetings and consultations as needed during the summer session
