Your assignment will span two welcoming elementary campuses, providing three days at one site and two at the other. You’ll work with a mild to moderate caseload of 55 students, supporting their communication growth and academic success. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Passion for working with elementary-aged students with mild to moderate needs
- New graduates and Clinical Fellows welcome (supervision provided!)
Responsibilities:
- Direct onsite assessment and intervention for elementary students
- Manage a caseload of approximately 55 students across two campuses
- Develop and implement individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state and district policies
