In this full-time, school year role, you’ll be trusted with a manageable caseload (currently 55 students), working onsite in a supportive environment. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply—supervision will be provided to help you thrive in your career. No SLPA support needed.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- California state licensure
- Previous school-based SLP experience (preferred)
- Comfort with mild to moderate student needs
- Ability to manage caseloads independently
- Willingness to work onsite at two elementary campuses
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapy for speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers and staff across two schools
- Document progress and maintain compliant records
- Provide mentorship as required for Clinical Fellows
- Participate fully in school-year commitments
