Key Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills for working closely with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans, and document progress effectively.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in PreK through 8th grade.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing progress monitoring.
- Design and implement effective, individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals.
- Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to foster optimal learning environments.
- Maintain accurate, timely records and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
- Support students in developing strong communication, social, and academic skills.
