You’ll work with a caseload of approximately 25 students—primarily preschoolers, including those in self-contained classes for multiple disabilities, Autism, and specific preschool needs. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license for New Jersey (or eligibility)
- ASHA CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcome
- Experience with pediatric and school-based populations preferred
- Passion for working with students aged 3-8, including those with special needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech/language therapy to assigned students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Documentation and progress reporting in compliance with school/state guidelines
