Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Experience working with K-5th grade students, specifically those with autism
- Familiarity with school-based SLP services and IEP processes
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work across two nearby sites as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop personalized intervention plans for students
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to children, including those with autism spectrum disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to optimize student progress
