Pediatric Elementary School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Salem, Virginia

Key experience and skills:
- Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads
- Strong understanding of virtual therapy platforms and teletherapy best practices
- Comfortable working independently and managing remote therapy sessions
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with educators and families
- Organized and adept at documentation in compliance with school requirements
Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating students and developing individualized treatment plans
- Delivering engaging virtual speech and language therapy sessions to elementary and/or middle school students
- Monitoring progress and adjusting plans as necessary
- Maintaining accurate records, assessments, and reports in accordance with educational guidelines
- Participating in team meetings and IEP case conferences as needed
