Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in Georgia
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred; new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Adaptable and compassionate with a commitment to student-centered care

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs, both individually and in small groups
  • Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and track progress
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student academic and functional outcomes
  • Document services and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development
