We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (Spanish-speaking) SLP with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) who is passionate about fostering communication skills and supporting academic success in a collaborative educational environment.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current SLP-CCC credential required
- State licensure as required for California public schools
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, fluent in both oral and written communication
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for a range of communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt therapy approaches and materials to meet the needs of bilingual and culturally diverse students
- Engage with school staff to support program goals and student achievement
