This position spans multiple school sites and offers valuable experience with a moderate to severe caseload, making a meaningful difference for children and families across the area. The assignment runs from August 8, 2026, through June 4, 2027, at 37.5 hours per week, and is perfectly suited for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are open to travel roles.
Your expertise will shine as you:
- Deliver speech and language services to students with moderate to severe needs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans of care for eligible students
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and caregivers across several campus locations
- Maintain precise documentation and progress reports in SEIS Service Tracker
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
- Provide therapy in-person; this assignment does not offer virtual options
What we're looking for:
- Active California SLP licensure and CTC, with SLP-CCC strongly preferred
- Experience supporting school-based or pediatric populations, especially with more complex communication needs
- Ability to work as an itinerant service provider across multiple sites
- Familiarity with SEIS Service Tracker is desirable
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a collaborative approach
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and adherence to IEP accommodations
