Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Gurnee, IL

Qualifications & Experience Needed:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current and active SLP - CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in Illinois
- Skilled in IEP process, student evaluations, and progress monitoring
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations to support student success
