ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time contract opportunity in Greenwood, Indiana. Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations, assessments, and screenings for preschool or elementary-aged students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication needs.
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services in individual and small-group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and therapy records.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment strategies as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
- Appropriate Indiana school credentials required, if applicable.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Licensing assistance available for qualified candidates.
Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool or elementary-aged students preferred.
- School-based or pediatric experience is beneficial.
- Familiarity with IEP development, evaluations, and multidisciplinary collaboration preferred.
