School Speech Language Pathologist - Greenwood, Indiana

Step into a meaningful role supporting students’ communication development in a school-based setting just outside Indianapolis, IN. You'll have the opportunity to provide high-impact, targeted speech-language services as part of a dedicated and collaborative special education team.
This contract position runs from August 3, 2026, through June 1, 2027, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours. Your primary responsibility will be conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students, working alongside another experienced SLP focused on nonverbal life skills students. The caseload includes approximately 50–70 students, giving you the chance to see a range of needs and make a measurable difference in student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete detailed speech-language evaluations and written reports
- Work collaboratively with fellow SLPs and school staff to support individualized student needs
- Provide recommendations for interventions and programming based on evaluation outcomes
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all state and federal requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active State of Indiana SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in a school setting and with evaluations strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
