Qualifications and Experience:
- Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credentials is required
- Previous school-based experience is highly desirable
- Comfortable performing comprehensive speech-language evaluations
- Demonstrable skills in collaborating with other SLPs and educational staff
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language evaluations for a diverse caseload of students
- Work in tandem with another SLP, particularly supporting nonverbal life skills students
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to IEP development, and maintain necessary documentation
- Communicate regularly with faculty and families to optimize student outcomes
