Speech-Language Pathologist – Preschool Caseload

ASAP – End of School Year | Onsite
Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time contract position in the Greenwich area. This role focuses on a preschool caseload and offers a balanced mix of direct therapy and evaluation responsibilities in a supportive, dedicated setting.
Position Overview:
- Start: ASAP
- End: End of School Year
- Caseload: 13 preschool students (ages 3–4)
- Service model: 3 days therapy, 2 days initial evaluations
- 1 school site with dedicated therapy space
- Onsite only
- School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to preschool students
- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with staff
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
Qualifications:
- Active Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Preschool or early childhood experience preferred
Experience & Education:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- School-based experience preferred
Work Hours:
- Full-time schedule (approximately 37.5–40 hours/week)
- 3 days therapy / 2 days evaluations
Employment Type:
- Contract
Compensation:
- $50–60/hour DOE (average ~$55/hour, depending on years of experience)
