Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Active state licensure or eligibility for North Carolina SLP licensure
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to a caseload of 40–50 students, all currently in Pre-K through 5th grade (with potential for broader age groups Pre-K–12)
- Fulfill 19.38 direct service hours per week and 28.38 combined direct and indirect hours weekly
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop tailored intervention plans and monitor student progress
- Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
