Key Qualifications
- Active North Carolina SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Prior experience in a K-12 school setting
- Familiarity with ECATS (Exceptional Children Accountability Tracking System)
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule (37.5 hours/week) through May 2026
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school staff
- Track progress and maintain accurate, confidential records using ECATS
- Participate in Zoom interviews and ongoing professional training
