School Speech Language Pathologist - Madison, Connecticut

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Connecticut teaching certification (required)
- SLP-CCC preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) will be considered
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for helping students achieve speech and language goals
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to elementary students per IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
- Monitor student outcomes and adjust therapy goals as needed
- Attend team meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as required
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
