Soliant is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists for virtual school-based openings across Connecticut, with opportunities available to finish the current school year as well as for the entire next school year. These remote positions offer flexibility in placement and caseload depending on candidate experience and district needs.
Position Overview:
- Openings available for remainder of current school year and 2026–2027 school year
- Fully virtual (remote services provided to Connecticut school districts)
- Full-time and select part-time opportunities depending on placement
- Caseloads vary (PreK–12 based on assignment)
- School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct virtual speech and language therapy services to students
- Conduct evaluations and participate in virtual IEP meetings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams remotely
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
Qualifications:
- Active Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior school-based and/or teletherapy experience preferred
- Strong communication and technology skills for virtual service delivery
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience & Education:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- School-based experience preferred
Work Hours:
- School-day schedule (typically 35–40 hours/week depending on assignment)
Employment Type:
- Contract (Virtual - 1099)
Compensation:
- $46-52/hour DOE (average ~$49/hour, depending on years of experience)
