Speech Language Pathologist in Great Barrington, MA

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license in Massachusetts
- Clinical Certificate of Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs considered
- Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or educational setting desired
- Proficiency with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders
- Effective communicator and team player with strong documentation skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing a diverse caseload
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs
- Deliver evidence-based direct therapy to individuals and small groups across K-12
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate progress notes and Medicaid billing records, as required
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to address communication barriers and promote student achievement
- Attend relevant meetings and contribute to student progress reviews
- Adapt interventions to meet unique learning needs and cultural backgrounds
