Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Grain Valley, MO

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and current SLP license required
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in school settings, particularly working with autism programs, is highly preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and intervention planning skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students within the autism program
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student communication and academic growth
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with state and district guidelines
- Contribute actively to multidisciplinary team meetings and consultations
