Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Graceville, Florida

Make a positive impact supporting K-12 students as a contract speech-language pathologist near Graceville, FL. In this rewarding role, you’ll serve a caseload of 73 students, providing services across grades kindergarten through high school. There is flexibility for a hybrid schedule, allowing some work to be performed remotely.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Florida SLP License
- ASHA CCC preferred; those completing their CFY are encouraged to apply
- Experience with pediatric populations in school settings is highly desirable
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to varied student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech and language disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress
- Provide direct and consultative services both in person and through virtual platforms as needed
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes
Enjoy highly competitive compensation with weekly pay, ranging from $45 to $50 per hour for 37.5 hours over a standard five-day workweek.
