Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students from kindergarten through high school in a dynamic educational setting. This engaging position begins August 10th, 2026, and continues through May 28th, 2027, offering 35 hours per week from 7:30am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. For added flexibility, there’s an option to work three days onsite and two days from home.
You’ll be part of a collaborative therapy team serving a caseload of approximately 160 students, shared among three SLPs. The role encompasses a blend of inclusive therapy models, one-on-one and small group sessions, as well as the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Utilizing the Frontline platform, you’ll help ensure seamless documentation and service tracking.
What you bring:
- Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students
- Familiarity with inclusive therapy approaches and differentiated instruction
- Comfort or experience with blended service delivery (onsite and remote)
- Ability to provide both one-on-one and small group interventions
- Supervisory skills to oversee the work of an SLPA
- Proficiency or willingness to learn Frontline or similar electronic documentation systems
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

- Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse group of students in both individual and small group settings
- Implement inclusive practices to ensure all students can access speech and language support
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, parents, and other professionals
- Supervise and mentor an SLPA, ensuring high-quality care
- Complete required documentation through the Frontline system
