Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in educational or school-based settings (K-12 preferred)
- Skilled in both individual and small-group therapy, using inclusive practices
- Ability to supervise SLPA as part of a team approach
- Comfortable with electronic documentation and using Frontline or similar systems
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to a K-12 caseload, addressing a variety of needs
- Deliver 1:1 and small group sessions, supporting students’ diverse abilities and learning styles
- Collaborate with two other SLPs to manage a total caseload of 160 students
- Participate in developing and updating IEPs alongside educators and families
- Supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) within your team
- Utilize Frontline for documentation and progress tracking
- Communicate progress and therapy goals with teachers, administration, and families
