Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Gonzales, TX

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working in pediatric and/or school-based settings
- Familiarity with healthcare standards in SLP and teletherapy platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary school teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and provide individualized speech-language therapy to students
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in cooperation with teachers, administrators, and families
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and comply with state and federal guidelines
- Offer support and counseling to families and teachers to promote student success
- Utilize technology and teletherapy resources to increase access and participation (if applicable)
- Stay current on best practices in speech-language pathology and education
