As a key member of a multidisciplinary team, you will:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders in a virtual school setting
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs
- Deliver direct speech therapy services and document student progress
- Collaborate closely with educators and families to foster student success
- Contribute to IEP meetings and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Active or pending Minnesota SLP License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) required
- Minimum 2 years of previous school-based SLP experience
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms, strong technological skills, and access to a computer, webcam, and reliable internet
- Ability to pass a technology screening and internet speed test
- Annual liability insurance with 500K/500K coverage
- Experience with pediatric, healthcare, or school-based SLP services highly beneficial
