Key Qualifications:
- Valid State SLP License, maintained throughout the assignment
- Current SLP Educator Certificate required
- In possession of a valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and families
- Previous experience in school-based SLP settings is highly desirable
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students within the assigned caseload (details forthcoming)
- Develop, implement, and document treatment plans tailored to meet individual student needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster optimal communication outcomes for students in the educational environment
- Attend IEP meetings and maintain detailed, timely records in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Offer direct and consultative speech/language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
