School Speech Language Pathologist - Glendale, Arizona

The position is located onsite at a welcoming district near Glendale, AZ, spanning the duration of the academic school year.
You’ll be working alongside a team of dedicated professionals, with responsibilities that adapt based on your strengths—whether your focus is evaluations or ongoing therapy. Caseloads can range from approximately 30 students with a heavier evaluation role, to around 60 with a lighter assessment load, offering variety and challenge in your day-to-day practice.
What You’ll Need to Bring:
- Current Arizona State SLP License
- SLP Educator Certificate (must be valid and in hand)
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (must be current)
- CCC-SLP certification strongly preferred
- Experience supporting preschool and early intervention populations in school settings
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality speech and language therapy services for preschool and Child Find students
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Maintain documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines
- Flexibly adapt to caseload assignments based on program needs
