School Speech Language Pathologist - Gettysburg, Pennsylvania

Several contract positions are open: two SLPs for a K-12 role and one SLP for Early Intervention services. These roles provide the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for students with diverse needs in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Role Details:
- For the K-12 role, you will work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM (35 hours per week), serving approximately 50-55 students across two elementary school buildings, including regular and Autism support classrooms. Responsibilities include some case management. The assignment runs from August 18, 2026, through May 27, 2027.
- For the Early Intervention role, you’ll support children aged 3-5 with special education needs based in the New Oxford/Gettysburg area. This position offers a year-round schedule with frequent school breaks, a full-time 35-hour workweek, and dedicated paperwork time each week.
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Certification and Teaching Certification—both required with your application.
- Experience with K-12 (for Role A) or Early Intervention (for Role B) populations is highly desirable.
- Clinical Fellow (CF) applicants are welcome if agency covers the $2,000 supervision fee.
- SLPAs are not accepted for these positions.
- Strong communication and case management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate actively in IEP or IFSP meetings.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance reporting.
- Support communication growth and academic achievement for students with speech and language challenges.
