Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 26/27 school year. This full-time role centers on providing exceptional speech and language support to a diverse school-aged population. You’ll work closely with a manageable caseload of 20-25 students, allowing for individualized attention and progress monitoring. Set in a collaborative educational environment near Fremont, CA, you’ll play a key role in helping students achieve communication milestones and succeed both academically and socially.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current, active California SLP license is required
  • Open to SLP candidates with CCC or those who are completing their CFY year
  • Demonstrated knowledge of assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring in school settings
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with teachers, families, and staff
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized student care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech/language assessments and create targeted treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy, both individually and in small groups
  • Develop and maintain clear, timely documentation of student progress
  • Consult and collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and assist in developing measurable goals
  • Adapt therapy approaches to suit the unique needs and backgrounds of each student
