What you bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds also considered
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings
- Strong organization, communication, and case management skills
- Compassion, patience, and dedication to student success
What you’ll do:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Deliver direct services to students, both in individual and group sessions
- Serve as a resource for school staff on communication disorders and strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the broader learning community
