High School School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Naples, Florida

Make a meaningful impact supporting high school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-27 school year! This contract position offers a dynamic and supportive educational setting near Naples, FL, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Utilize your expertise to help students build communication skills crucial for academic and personal success. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to develop and implement targeted intervention plans, perform diagnostics, and provide therapy that empowers students to reach their potential.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid Florida teacher certification and/or an active FL Department of Health SLP license
- Eligibility to clear school district fingerprinting and obtain a JLA Badge (transferable from other districts within Florida)
- Experience in a high school setting is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among high school students
- Design and deliver individualized therapy plans based on student needs
- Document progress, provide regular reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educators and parents to ensure coordinated care and communication
- Maintain compliance with state laws and district policies regarding student records and therapy
