School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Sanford, Florida

Open roles include part- and full-time placements for the 2026-2027 school year, available at diverse campuses. Whether you’re finishing your Clinical Fellowship (CF) or bring years of experience, supportive supervision is provided for CFs to help you thrive in your practice. Please note, SLPAs and virtual applications are not being accepted at this time.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida SLP license required (CCC preferred, CFs welcome)
- Strong background in school-based settings
- Experience with severe-profound populations and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Committed to fostering positive outcomes for students of varied abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality assessment, individualized therapy, and case management for K-12 students
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in student evaluations and review meetings
- Adapt intervention strategies for students with complex communication needs, including use of AAC devices and specialized protocols
- Serve as an educational leader and resource within the school community
