School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Lake Mary, Florida

Open roles include full-time and part-time assignments across elementary, middle, and high schools, with maternity leave coverage and ongoing positions throughout the 2026-2027 school year. Begin your impactful work starting August 4th, 2026, continuing through May 28th, 2027, following a 37.5-hour workweek schedule.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida SLP License (ASHA CCCs preferred, CFs welcome)
- Strong knowledge in school-based therapy best practices
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Prior experience within a school setting is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
- Create individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate records
- Assess, monitor, and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Supervise, guide, and support Clinical Fellows as needed
