What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Florida teacher certification and/or active FL DOH SLP license
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Ability to adapt and thrive across elementary, middle, or high school environments
- Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services according to students’ individualized needs
- Travel to assigned schools within the district; flexible site assignments can be combined for full-time schedules
- Complete time-sensitive credentialing processes, including fingerprint clearance and JLA badge acquisition
