Your responsibilities will focus on serving students in grades 3 through 9, with an emphasis on ages 3 to 5th grade. You’ll play a pivotal role in fostering communication skills and academic success for young learners throughout the school year, from August 14th through May 28th. With three open positions at 37.5 hours a week, you’ll work within supportive teams committed to student achievement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (required in KS or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in school-based SLP settings, especially with early childhood through middle school
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and intervention to students ages 3 through 9th grade
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult with teachers, families, and support staff
- Contribute to team meetings and student progress reviews
- Document services and maintain compliance with IEP goals
